Using production presses of 15 to 200 tons and dies designed and built in-house, we produce precision stamped parts for a wide range of industries. Our main products, materials and thicknesses are as follows.
Camera aperture blades, cams and levers
At our Thai plant we carry out stamping, control of lubricating coatings and dowel caulking. This technology was developed over many years in Japan, and we are particularly valued for thin blanking of hardened ribbon steel and full-perimeter shear blanking of materials such as aluminum. To maintain precision, we use high-precision machining equipment, and Japanese engineers are involved in die making and mass production.

Spring Parts & Connector Parts
We design and build dies that take springback adjustment into account and use them in mass production. Stainless steel springs are mass-produced by progressive stamping from t0.03 mm.

Electrical & Home Appliance Parts
To stabilize the dimensions of forming such as coining and embossing, we produce these parts on servo presses and link-motion presses with high bottom-dead-center accuracy.

Dies (Progressive & Single-Stage)
All dies are built with an insert system for easy maintenance. Punches, dies and plates are machined on high-precision wire EDMs, achieving high accuracy especially for thin stamped parts. We also build and sell dies on their own.
