Automated Measurement
To eliminate differences between inspectors, we are promoting automated measurement with vision measuring systems. We check dimensions and shapes with a CNC vision measuring system (Mitutoyo Quick Vision), an image dimension measuring system (Keyence IM) and a 3D profile measuring system (Keyence VR).
Building Quality into the Die
Because we design and build dies based on our own mass-production experience, problems that occur in production can be reflected in die improvements immediately. We believe dies that run stably in mass production lead to stable part quality.
