3 Reasons to Choose NBP

01　Precision blanking of thin, hard materials

We apply the blanking technology our Japanese headquarters developed for camera aperture blades at our plant in Thailand. We handle hardened ribbon steel from t0.04 mm and progressive stamping of stainless steel springs from t0.03 mm.

02　In-house from die to mass production

We design and build both progressive and single-stage dies in-house. With 25 presses (15–200 tons), we cover everything from prototypes to mass production and respond quickly to die modifications and design changes.
